$160 for the 6 week workshop + $15 for 10 kg bag of clay.

Throwing on the potters wheel is very hard to describe for those who have not experienced it before. The best explanation we’ve heard is that is a combination of meditation, riding a bicycle and solitary mud wrestling at the same time. No matter how you describe it, it is great fun! More importantly anyone can learn to be a successful potter... Yes, anyone! These specific workshops will focus on refining technique and sensing. The curriculum will have a back to the basics focus that will propel your skills to the next level. The six week workshop will guide you step-by-step through throwing technique, glazing and firing. This is a fun and informal workshop for brand new to moderately experienced students.

Students will be randomly chosen from the list of applications and will be announced on Feb.   27th at 8 p.m. on facebook. Chosen students will receive an email confirmation.
