Tuesday Workshop: Nov. 12th, 19th, 26th Dec. 3rd, 10th & 17th -  6:30p.m. to 8:30 P.M.  

Ages: Adults 18 and up

Price: $230 for the 6 week workshop + $20 for 10 kg bag of clay.

Throwing on the potters wheel is very hard to describe for those who have not experienced it before. The best explanation we’ve heard, is that it is a combination of meditation, riding a bicycle and solitary mud wrestling at the same time! No matter how you describe it, it’s great fun! More importantly, anyone can learn to be a successful potter... Yes, anyone! These specific workshops will focus on refining technique and sensing. The curriculum will have a back to the basics focus that will propel your skills to the next level. The six week workshop will guide you step-by-step through throwing technique, glazing and firing. This is a fun and informal workshop for brand new to moderately experienced students.

We will also offer some spots for sculpting, hand-building, etc... which will be available at a lower rate. Please contact us if you are interested in the (non-potters wheel) options which will occur at the same time.

This workshop is a great way to hand make gifts for the holidays or to simply find your zen in the spinning of the clay.
